Gapsnap.AI is a browser-side tool that converts raw incident text into a structured chronological timeline. All processing takes place on your own device. The tool does not connect to any external service, send any data to any server, or store any information outside your browser's temporary memory.
Use of the tool
You may use Gapsnap.AI for any lawful purpose. You do not need an account, registration, or payment to use the tool. You are free to copy, export, and reuse any timeline output the tool generates.

- The operator makes no guarantee about the accuracy of timestamp parsing, action classification, or gap detection. The output is a heuristic arrangement of what you provided and should be reviewed by a human.
- You are responsible for verifying the timeline output before using it in any formal postmortem or incident report.
Limitations of liability
Because the tool processes all data locally and does not store or transmit anything, the operator cannot access, recover, or be responsible for any data you process using the tool. In no event shall the operator be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the tool.

There are no user accounts on this service. No timeline, paste, or file content is stored on any server. Billing and payments
The tool is completely free. Gapsnap.AI has no paid tier. All features — timeline parsing, gap detection, Markdown export, file upload — are available without payment, account, or registration. No billing information is collected or stored.
If a paid tier is introduced in a future version, these terms will be updated to cover billing-related matters, and the pricing page will clearly state what is being offered, what it costs, and how payments work. Human approval will be required before any price goes live.
